Nikwax BaseWash is a new product created specially for cleaning synthetic base-layers.
It enhances the fabrics wicking properties, stopping them from stinking and helping them dry more quickly.

How to apply
Place Item(s) in washing machine

Apply Nikwax BaseWash in the machine’s dispenser

Select a normal wash cycle, start machine and complete cycle. Always refer to your garments care label

Alternatively, just apply Nikwax BaseWash in a simple hand wash

Drip-dry or tumble dry on a low setting if the care label allows
Note: Do not use on waterproof clothing – Use Nikwax Tech
Wash instead
Do not use fabric conditioner

Front Loading Washing Machines
- To clean items use 1 full cap (50ml) per load
Top Loading Washing Machines

For top loading machines use 2 full caps (3.5floz/100ml)for low water level, use 3 full caps (5floz/150ml) for medium water level
For hand wash use half a cap (25ml)

When to use this product
Clean items with Nikwax BaseWash after garment has been worn next to the skin to soften, refresh and remove odours. Always apply this product to used synthetic base layers to keep items in perfect condition

Recommendations
Recommended for all synthetic base-layer and mid-layer garments, such as Helly Hansen Lifa®, Lowe Alpine Driflo® and all Nikwax Parameta® fabrics
